Several people have reported this problem. I haven't been able to reproduce it though. The fix is for me (or someone else) to reset your mantis password.

I still have a few bits to add for the animatics stuff, mainly the
handling of removed items. As this isn't public yet, and is localised to
the animatics stuff already added, so in no way interferes with the rest
of Ardour, do you want this in Mantis?
I am also having trouble with Mantis. After initially signing up, last
october, and having a look around, I've not used it again, I can no
longer log in (have I simply expired?), and attempting to create a new
account gives the error, Warning: Cannot modify header information [...]
as has been previously reported, Any clues?
