[ardour-dev] animatics patch

Colin, can you write a patch that checks for the presence of your animatics server, and if not present, does not display the animatics menu items?  Since your software isn't released yet, they are irrelevent for just about all users.

The attached patch, export_filename.patch, allows a default filename to
be set in the export dialog at export time.

This is then used in animatics.patch, which modifies/adds/fills-out some
of the message passing between Ardour and the CMT animatic compositor.
