automation naming fixes -- now full names in state file are replaced with 
standardized ones

CAVEATS:

WARNING! If you save session state with a version of libardour >= 0.818.9, 
you will have problems loading it with older versions, but you may load 
older sessions with newer versions of libardour--the conversion is done 
automatically.

Naming is slightly altered to more correctly support the modular design of 
snapshots, and where possible, the suffix .automation is appended.

Panner automation for new Panner nodes will be set to the correct name, 
however existing automation will use the legacy names (panner only) Since 
naming clashes will not occur, I decided to commit this change and as 
older sessions are phased out, naming will be unified.  It's a cosmetic 
tweak, and since I still have not been able to figure out how to properly 
rename these files, I consider it acceptable.

Old automation data will stick around if its name has changed, if you're 
paranoid about the extra few bytes, feel free to delete unused automation 
files at your own risk.
