[ardour-dev] what does this mean?

Hi,

HEY! that sortta fixed it.

I can't get it to rewind/ffwd slower than 1.x, or more to the point, in 
the zone -1.0 --> 1.0 I'm not sure whether this is my doing or 
libardour's.

I had jack is timebase master to yes.
