[ardour-dev] 0.9beta16.1 released

After a couple of days of futzing around with 0.9beta16, I am happy to
release 0.9beta16.1. The primary positives for this release:

	* fixes for various instabilities in recent releases
	* fade in/out handles on regions

For packagers: unless there are deep problems with this release, I
don't plan on doing another release for at least a week. There is some
serious work coming up to fix problems with various issues, and CVS
will probably go unstable again (though nowhere near as badly as it
has been recently).
