   dialogs

Let's take a vote folks, do you think this is important enough
to go ahead and cut a new tarball before the dust settles on 18.3?
Without it, you can't change the tempo from 120 4/4, which is
bound to hurt a few people.

Packagers, I want to hear from you too, cause your the one this
pisses off the most :)
