Yes, I can't get enough of releasing new tarballs.

0.9beta18.3 was created to fix the recently introduced bug where
non-active playlists were lost upon saving sessions (only existed
in beta18.1 and .2).

There are lots of bugs in mantis, but they weren't
introduced right before a release, so will have to wait :)
