   * redesign system for tracking Source (audiofile) use
      so that we monitor actual use in Playlists, not in Regions.
   * implement 90%+ of "Destroy Region" and "Destroy Last Capture"
   * fix annoying problem: sessions created from the command
       line have stupid defaults (no master outs, no auto-connect
       ports)
   * remove archaic use of GList in DiskStream.
