[ardour-dev] manual plan change

I think it's a very good idea, since it makes contributing easier and
thus raises the hopes for an accurate and complete manual within
reasonable time. +1 for the votes. As for the questions : any chance
this Wiki-based manual will have a "download-and/or-print"-able form (or
is it comprimising Paul's chances of getting revenue for it) ?
