 Hi,

 I've got exactly the same problem, on 2 differents
 computers (AMD 2600+/K7N8X Nforce 2 and AMD
 2000+/VIA
 KT266).
 
 It's happen when i try to record more than 12 or 14
 mono tracks in one time, the tracks recorded are
 good,
 but when i click the stop button, i've got this
 critical error, and ardour crash.
 
 It's really a big problem for a professionnal
 multitracks software if you can't record more than
 10
 or 12 tracks...
 
 With a friend, we are going to make 2 "free"
 recording
 sessions with two bands, and we need at least the
 possibility to record 16 tracks at the time...
 
 So, i've got nearly the same question as Ron:
 
 Is it a bug, or can we fix it with our little hands?
 
 And if it's a bug, when would it be fixed???
