   * fixes from nickm for drop frame computation and frames ruler
   * initial support for win32/x86 VST plugins as native objects
       in Ardour

PLEASE NOTE: You will not be able to use the VST support at this
time. It requires a library that has not yet been released, but will
be soon. Simply compile ardour as usual, and nothing will have
changed. When the library becomes available, more information will be
supplied.

I would like Ardour's VST support to be significantly improved before
people start hearing "Ardour run's VSTs". Thanks.
