Hi. First, be clear that this is not working for me on my AMD64
machine yet. You're results may be better.
I filed a Bug report with the Wine guys about the Wine Jack driver
not being able to connect to the Jack server.

One user reported back that he saw the same thing I did. However he
did more testing and found in his case that he did connect when he
turned off realtime support in the Jack invocation.
I suspect that he is possibly using an older version of Jack than I
am. On my machine turning off realtime in Jack didn't help. I still
cannot connect. However, if it worked for you then you could connect
to the VST using Savihost as you would with any external Jack app.
Maybe you can try that out and report back. Put any results in the
Wine bug report if you can.
