[ardour-dev] ardour2: make it compile

i've reached the p* files under gtk2_ardour.
the patch makes all files < p* (alphabetical order) under gtk2_ardour compile.
its _not_ clean.
lots of stuff still needs to be done and is often commented-out with GTK2FIX_KW.
lots of other things in the patch are really usable.
I think ;-)

'd like to reach a runnable ardour2.bin soon.
that way the still remaining problem points can be tested/debugged/traced 'alive'.
